Breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 7.30am to 9.30am daily. If you require an earlier start or have an early flight, we would be happy to accommodate your travel plans by placing a continental breakfast hamper in your room the night prior or alternatively an earlier cooked breakfast may be arranged. Please advise if you wish to make use of this service.
Feel free to relax and unwind any time in the lounge area in front of a cosy fire in the cooler months or take some time out in the garden or poolside settings. You may like to take a refreshing dip in the pool to cool off in the summer months.
Pool towels are provided if you wish to relax by the pool. Please ask if you require these and we request that you avoid taking bath towels from the guest rooms to the pool area.
Servicing of Rooms
Rooms are generally serviced daily between 11am and 1pm, which includes supplies replacement, cleaning, linen changes etc. If you are unable to make your room available during these hours, or require extra supplies, please advise reception accordingly. Bed linen will be changed every third day. If you require more or less frequent changes, please make this known to reception
In the interests of conservation, please replace your towels on the towel rail if you wish to re-use them. Alternatively you can place dirty linen in the bath/shower recess for laundering.
Telephone, Fax and wireless e-mail
These are all available by arrangement through the reception.
For your relaxation and comfort, spas are available in both the Summer House and the Rose Room. Please ensure that the jets are submerged before turning on the power and use bubble bath sparingly. If you suffer high blood pressure or are pregnant, please seek medical advice before using the spa.
DVDs, Reading Material and Games
An assortment of complementary games, DVDs and reading materials are available in the lounge. Please return these to the book shelf after use.
We are happy to attend to your laundry needs if required. A small charge will apply. Please ask reception if you wish to make use of this service.
If you wish to leave surplus luggage while you travel, we can store this for you in our storeroom. Unfortunately our insurers will not cover this service so please make sure that yours does.
We are not licensed to sell or supply alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own and place in the mini bar fridge in your room.
Hairdressers and Beauticians
Kalamunda has many hairdressers and beauticians and we would be happy to make a recommendation and booking for you at your request.
In the event of an emergency, guests are requested to vacate the house via their external doors and assemble in the car park on Tennyson Road. As the fire regulations require that occupants be able to exit through the doors with one hand movement, you are requested not to use the deadlocks on the French doors while the room is in use.
Health regulations prevent smoking in any closed area. This includes the bedrooms, toilets, guest lounge and dining room area. For the comfort of others please only smoke outside in the garden areas and extinguish your butts in the ash trays supplied.
If you observe any item which requires attention, such as a blown light globe etc., please do not hesitate to let us know as we want to ensure that our standards remain high and your comfort is not compromised in any way.
Check-in is after 2.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out is 10.00am unless prior arrangements have been made.
